Refund policy

At Aussie Watch Kings, we want you to love your watch. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 60-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To start a return, contact us at aussiewatchkings@gmail.com or 0494 756 630 with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit or replace, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major or minor fault, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under law regardless of whether the 60-day period above has passed.
